Very limited experience based on being a new hire and with the company for a little over a month but very positive so far...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Re-inventing to keep competitive in the industry/client base and grow share/revenue

Personal investment, clear vision, and proactive open door for a recent new hire.
What are some of the best things about your team?
HIgh degree of experience and a variety of skills and depth in the vertical.
What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunity within the vertical that IBM portfolio can bring and strategic investment shown by hiring/forming the team - it is like a start-up in a big company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total package is good. Base is very competitive. Commission is N/A due to a new team - cannot evaluate yet. Benefits are comprehensive but higher cost than prior companies.
