Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as experience-hire but was paid at the very minimum of salary start range, I believe will be the basic for fresh graduate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility and trust. I think it will be better if we could have work from home / work from office option given to all employees in the future. As we already succeed doing this for few years since pandemic started.
