Seems to show appreciation. Not being here long enough to know the firm yet.

Tries. Seems open. Says their opinion though our culture is not used to being opened.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not as good as the Bank I used to be but pays well for a IT consultant company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Noticing things people tend to pass by. Being able to help people with my Engish skills. Being accepted of my what-so-seems a different idea than others.
