My coworkers and managers are very kind and friendly to me and my working environment is comfortably challenging and exciting. However one thing I do not like this company is HR do not describe the negative points about Kyndryl. We want to know the both negative and positive aspects of new company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid vacation In Japan, usually newly hired employees can not take paid vacation in the first 6 monthes but IBM let me take it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just joined IBM about 5 monthes ago and I have no knowledge about IT industry but my team members and manager care about me so much. This kindness is the leadership I like the best.
