Will not stay here long. My project is worse to say at least. I cant find any good thing to feel motivated to work. And these individual feedback never works in IBM.

All are fixed benefits. No variable component.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good technical understanding and good human beings.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop treating people just thinking that any billable project is good for them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Before hiring make people aware that that they need to work on sundays, need to work with abusive client and micro-managing leaders. And no point writing any improvement areas, this will not reach to anyone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Try not to dump capable people under a project where the effort estimation and client expectations are set wrong. Also IBM leave policy are being manipulated by some project, Ma'aden account being one example. E.g. if employee take a PL or public holiday, then forced to work on alternate day.
