What makes you most happy at work?

Conference calls with the global team about exciting initiatives!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are extremely interesting initiatives doing in global! I love being engaged and involved!

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is really working at it's best! On the other hand, it's hard when other teams are not up to spead.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

HP is allowing employees to take a day off every 2 weeks because they know that employees are overworking due to the pandemic. Target is allowing employees to work the way they choose. I would appreciate if the compensation can be better at IBM.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leaders need to be better at caring for employees - the CEO cannot just make a blanket statement that he expects employees to come back to the office at least a couple times per week, The vaccine situation in Japan is extremely behind the global average, and it is no where safe to go back.
