I really like working at IBM, I consider that they are very interested in their employees, they follow up on aspects outside of work as well, they learn a lot, you feel challenged, sometimes the bureaucratic processes to follow tend to be what hinder the most. follow-up and lead to an unclear goal

Have challenges, an interested and motivated team that promotes a good work environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In general I like that they take care of sharing knowledge to encourage more their colleagues to continue improving.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They promote inclusion a lot, that in the end at IBM we are all workers, and there should not be differences, beliefs, religions, genders, positions, etc. that a distinction is seen avoiding conflicts. Promote more knowledge and growth among all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The human part, we know that we are all here for work and we give our best, but above all in these times we know that we must take care of our health, family, be more united communicated from a distance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I requested an increase or vendor conversion, the process and approval of the increase took a long time and the vendor conversion was never approved, when it comes to increasing work and responsibilities it was the opposite, that is the balance from my perspective is not very balanced.
