This is my second innings with IBM. The 1st time I quit in 2012 for my personal growth and i have rejoined in 2021 again for personal growth and work life balance which are 2 most important things for me. But, I am missing challenge in my work and I am missing work where I could leave a legacy

For me IBM is an embodiment in the Indian IT industry for one of the best places to work, there is good work life balance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IBM still pays less to individuals who deserve better and doesn't map individuals according to skills but years of experience. There is no direct correlation of years of experience to skills and capability
