IBM is a good company to work for. It has a very flexible work/life balance. The learning opportunities are vast, but all my learnings tend to go in vain if I am not able to apply what I have learnt and could contribute my 100% if provided with new and challenging work opportunities.

To give people domain and work according to their competence, knowledge, and experience, so that they don't feel underutilized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am not utilizing a major part of my potential and the contribution that I can give to IBM. I have a background in working on the development projects such as Mobile Apps and Web Apps, but I have been given a domain which I don't find interesting and My exp. and knowledge are not utilized.
