Great first year and I would like to advance or try to stay with IBM. They offer many classes and learning to help you succeed and pay for certifications to obtain. I enjoy working with my coworkers and my manager helps try to help us advance within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working 3-4 days a week and working with my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is always available for help and guidance especially toward improving job skills as well as moving up in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very nice and we get along as a team. It is a nice atmosphere to work in because everyone gets along and gets all the work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are always ready to help you out and the more experienced employees always offer help when needed as well as a patient if you make a mistake.
