I have been only 40 days old here but very experienced , I have the best experience till now and sure that will continue. The best part is all quarries taken care majorly by soft ware like ask HR, medi buddy, Workday etc. s. Even at work we can just post our ideas, updates and call for meeting .

We are always connected. In spite of we all come different experiences and age group , there is equality and unity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very agile, Focused and delegate work to us as per our capabilities. Also gives enough resources to upskill and reskill and gives challenging tasks. As a new comer I had a very warm welcome. Leadership team is very open to ideas what I propose and discuss.
