Dedicated hard-working supportive interactive good learners

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should not force team to work after hours and should not call/message them when employee is on leave.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Coworkers are good an they support to understand the functionality but work-life balance needs to improve in this project

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work-life balance..working on CRs till late night and they ask to do sanity at 7AM in the morning. This is deteriorating my health.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a new joiner, I am still learning about the project functionality and trying my best to get the work done on time. They are not providing KT session to a new joiner but expect them to complete their work in given time and if you're unable to do so, managers will start putting pressure on you
