Frequent interaction with team. Discussing on any help required by the employee. Also should give the posting location of employee's choice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the compensation is low compared to high inflation rate in India. Better yearly hikes should be given considering the inflation rate and employee satisfaction which can make me feel better about my compensation.
