I joined IBM during the covid times, it was tough to begin with but team mates and manager help us fit in, let us learn and adapt.

We are a No nonsense team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I havent started going to office yet. Will comment on this later
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage us to take vacation but also want us to ensure there is a proper backup.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees with less years of experience compensated more. A better hike or normalization according to the niche skills and industry standards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide us with ample of learning opportunities and help us grow. They are not shy of letting us know our improvement areas.
