Its been an amazing journey so far. The ease of communication with everyone helps in getting our problems solved. Getting answers to our queries is a piece of cake. The induction and training seemed a little overwhelming at first but became the best experience. Interacting with IBMers is always fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can use my knowledge and skills to build awesome things and also learn many exciting things on the way. Good brainstorming sessions and getting in all the different ideas. A good presentation with the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share different ideas and methodologies. So the discussion with the team always turns out interesting with all different ideas pouring in and we manage to arrive at common solutions. It's fun to interact with all of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone respects each other's view point. They appreciate the value and creativity we bring in to work. Everyone is easy to reach out if any help is needed. The community is quite comforting to help new joiners grow in their career paths. The fact that learning is always encouraged is amazing.
