I am new, but so far everything seems to be great and I think the feeling is not going to go away any time soon. At the end of the day you have to be lucky to have a great team and a great leader and there is higher chance that you can find that here at IBM than anywhere else.

The people there. The innumerable possibilities the day could hold.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For an EPH in India the compensation they give us is acceptable.

Their Vision and consistent backing for exponential growth in all fields of technology.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone does different things. Some do complex stuff other do stuff which are less complex but critically important but all in all, everyone is treated equal and are given the same importance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All the help and support they provide is greatly appreciated by one and all. Even if any problem exists, it can be escalated to the leadership team and you can certainly expect a fair and healthy way of resolving the problem.
