Making a difference in a positive way to the team-members, and inturn the client being happy..creating stickiness with them

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I am not happy with my immediate line manager,she comes from a different organisation...where treating people as a cog in machine is accepted... does not give patient hearing...can be over bearing. How ever the leadership team is very inclusive and sensitive to people, feels empowered with them
