I am 3 months old here..except for my immediate Line manager...I am happy so far..people have been supportive..non whom I do not know...some go out of the way to help...so far so good...

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not happy with my immediate line manager,she comes from a different organisation...where treating people as a cog in machine is accepted... does not give patient hearing...can be over bearing. How ever the leadership team is very inclusive and sensitive to people, feels empowered with them
