What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Unshackling legacy mentality & embracing modern best practises. For example, friends at competition received flat $1000 for remote work essentials like furniture & accessories. We are still stuck with BOND, invoices & approvals. Employee consent & additional compensation for holiday duty is the norm

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Role and responsibility should be as per experience and relevant skills set. Pay should be on-par to competition in similar industry. Management chain is new to cloud environment and lack technical exposure to play their role effectively. Laterals with relevant exp are given insignificant roles

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Access to development environment is complicated and enough resources. Too many levels of approvals needed to access even basic things. Program management should be in-charge of determining & providing team with all access they need. This all can be overcome by tailoring process to cloud area needs

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

People with relevant new age background should be in-charge of things for cloud transition. People managers from legacy domains tend to think and act in old way that doesn't bode well with cloud era. Package should be lucrative in industry to attract bright talent. Benefits to retain talent engaged
