I am feeling good in this company as they are giving me opportunity to work on technology which i liked also they are giving appreciation at time which keep me motivated in this work pressure environment but the salary i am paid here is low as compared to work so wanted increase in my salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think if i am doing good i should be given appraisal at 6 month at least even the bonus amount that was promised was not given yet .
