They are acting like prepending that is all.

I am waiting for Kyndryl, IBM is over for me

IBM culture is important but we are moving to new company called Kyndryl we will see still persist or not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We lost so much quality persons in our team! We are working now limited sources and it affected our life quality
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm working a lot that is the reason, I need to spend some time my family also. As I said we lost so much good persons and it is affected our life quality.
