They idea of not being dominated and allowed to make decision in my work area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a good internal hike will do justice to the time and hard work invested by an employee. This will also help employee to stay loyal to the firm and not look out for other opportunity just for hike purpose. Giving single digit hike for an entire year puts the moral down and zeal to perform
