I like the project I work on, I just believe the benefits provided by IBM are scarce, 21 vacation days are few, not really a lot of other benefits, even though other companies provided bonuses or other incentives for employees working from home.

as I work in an international project, I'm sure we, as Romanians employees, are paid less than the other west european employees even though we perform the same job
