What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating their and our gaols. The appreciation should and could be higher.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My Team is the greatest. They are all very friendly, highly skilled, eager to learn more and not shy to spread their knowledge.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation for consultants is not the best. If you are working in Sales there are incentive programs, but everyone seems to forget that it are the consultant who earn the money for the company.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I work in Security Expert Labs where we are very dependent on the quality of our products. Sadly we have been laking on improvements in the last years and it is a day to day struggle to get the offering management involved. Even for things they acknowledge for being bad. This is very exhausting!
