I believe IBMs are different in different countries around the world. I found out that when I talked to my coach who works in IBM in UK - her experience is completely different from mine in Czech Republic. I guess my experience is jut right for me at this point of time. I like the big blue.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having interesting tasks, new challenging situations and opportunity to initiate some new project.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Openness and freedom to express themselves. I like the communication flow in my team - everybody is free to express their opinions but at the same time we are all respectful to each others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody can express themselves freely and everybody is very much respectful to others. In spite of covid-19, as a team we manage to meet-up from time to time, hang out together and have good time. That is nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest I am not sure - there are not many information shared so I would know. Or maybe there are information, but they miss me. Anyway, I would say the flexibility and capacity to recognize good workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bearing in mind the fact that I perform my job impeccably, that all of my evaluations are above expectation, that I initiate and lead projects that contribute to better performance of the team, seems like great indicators to me. I expect higher band and salary at least.
