Higher basic salary compared to life costs in the town / state where I live in

Leaving clients happy, releasing them from stress at the end of interaction and finding solution to their problem

Different cultural and educational background and different age employees, colleagues open to share their experience, lots of things to learn from each other

Always ready to help, no matter what amount of job is ahead of them, and funny, which is very important, since humor releases all the stress

My immediate responsible person is open, dynamic, clear, quick in response and help : both professional, from the technical point of view, as well as from the human point of view
