they take care about everyone and they listen what you have to say. I can perceive the harmony of the team and of working together trying to pursue the same goal
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm working here from few months so I don't know if I have something else besides RAL.Perhaps one thing that IBM should improve as a major international player is its company car arrangements. They really cost too much for the cars they offer. They should be able to get down to 150?
