What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be very active and ensure that any change in business direction is clearly communicated to employees, customers and other stakeholders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I appreciate that I am an apprentice and have minimal experience, however this sometimes leads to unfair pay where I may be doing the job of a grad who gets paid much more. Or sometimes I am not trusted with the opportunities to expand my knowledge
