Work hours should be fixed for a long duration. I cannot manage my sleep cycle well. Thus it has affected my health alot.
What makes you most happy at work?
If i have work shift that I can easily manage all my stuff in. Being at home in these unprecedented times makes it hard to manage family & work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Manager's play a very important role in managing a team(obviously) It becomes hard to create a positive environment when your leads are manipulative & does not promote unity of the team.
