My overall experience at my company is look warm. I like that I get to work with familiar faces and friendly people, but the work processes in place are making things harder than it needs to be and our managers do not care enough to implement meaningful changes to improve our daily work experiences.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at my company is that it encourages employee to take improvement education and constantly continue improving their field of expertise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because people at my position in other companies are paid at least 25% more than what I have; so an improvement in salary will be a good start, then an improvement with the benefits will also be well received.
