What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think need to have game time every week so that teams can enjoy it and have some relax time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think, for now is the HMO and also even if I am not regular I can use my HMO and leaves.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think for assigning project for bench person like me. It has been 1 month for me and still I am in bench.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is an pro active when it comes to questions that I ask, he points me to other respective person for my concern.
