They leave me to get on with my job. I have no contact with them so do not know what they do.

They are happy to help me. They will show me the best way to do things. We have peer reviews so this makes us open to doing things the best way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that I am Autistic doesn't matter. People accept me and do not complain if I say the wrong thing. They are 'grown-ups' and do not go telling tales. And if they do my manager shields this from me. The inclusivity here works!
