What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect for each other, especially from seniors. Time that is given to learn the work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I handle makes me happy. My team makes me happy. Working on such cool apps make me happy. Work is not monotonous which is the best thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a complete mix of freshers, experienced and diversity in the team. The team is interactive, helpful, lots to learn from, engaging, and bring in a lot to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best I like about the Leadership is the way they have practiced the business culture in the organization. I like the way they treat all employees irrespective of their hierarchy, especially making sure the ratio of diversity is maintained on par. They care for employees and their families.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I remember my Manager telling me that my performance at work will not affect my incentives. Now, this was a great thing to hear, because the company that I worked with previously did not pay my 100% incentives citing performance reasons. So this is a great aspect, as we all have commitments.
