It was a bit overwhelming at the start because of the remote onboarding, there were loads of things to learn. But, everyone in the process was willing to help and supportive. Even I felt that I was encouraged by the way of working to be independent yet I don't feel alone.

I like flexiben letting the employees customise the plan per their preference/needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so helpful and supportive. They set the knowledge transfer sessions throughout the week to get me ready for the project.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things! And, the days that I have a meeting because working from home refrains me from in-person interactions in the office, so I look forward to any virtual events that I can participate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive environment! I feel I am surrounded by people with positive energy. Everyone that I met here from the onboarding process to induction weeks, until now that I have become the part of the design team are so helpful, informative, nice and kind.
