It is great overall, there are no major complains. However, the comments I made in this survey are really important because feeling under compensated for too long may sway our hearts away in the future, but for now, I love working here so much!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Perhaps increase in salaries.. and maybe a small boost in medical benefits, because you know? I would like to get more than 4 massages per year when my back hurts. :)
