What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really friendly and, even though we are a mixed team from all around Brazil, we all find a common ground and understand each other really well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recieving 3k BRL as a Band 5 when you thought you'd be hired as a consultant (job role which pays 8-10k BRL average in here) in what was supposed to be a fast tracking program (Associates) kind of demotivates one, paired with having no such role as a strategic job and rather having an operative one.
