Coworkers, particularly track leads need to learn to be part of the team and not over and above the team. More collaboration expected.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There has been constant concerns raised with respect to behavior of certain Track lead, that are not in line with IBM culture, but no action has been taken so far. We expect the leadership to be more particular about such issues and taken concrete action
