Benefits + 401K (although I really wish we had GDP that was meaningful - many years it's just insulting)

I like the clear communications from the top down in the CIO. I like the approachability of our top executives. It's a friendly, encouraging and supportive work environment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very diverse team, who despite significant time zone challenges work very well together. At a company level we have many paths to raise any concerns comfortably and without fear of retaliation.
