Too much stress about small things. The things are important, but there is a culture of stress. The Teamleader is stressed and that stress is transformed to the team members.

The people are competent. They know a lot of stuff.

There is Good communication and a lot of information about "everything.".

Lot of meetings. the management tells us about what is happening.

When my colleagues help me, so we do not have unnecessary stress about getting things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the reason to have the Shared Service centers is to reduce cost. Someone has to pay for it and that is the workers with low salaries
