What are some of the best things about your team?
Trying our best to solve MFG issues, pushing solutions in time to help our MFG work partners to finish the orders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
1.-Getting to the point of solution 2.- Marking one of the best teams in Storage. 3.- Open to transform each member into the best version of themselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm enrolled to projects, making me as part of the solution and learn more about process that I need to understand to do my job with better results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont' feel myself as undervalued, but our profiles as MFS support doesn't exist, in change, we are TEST TECHNICIAN category group. Better compensation if you change this to MFS Support and add our skills and abilities. Better if i get compensation in my salary.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I recently added to IBMer group due to a goverment changes in my country but worked as non-IBMer for 1 year before. It's new to me the IBM culture, I started to understand the meaning of IBM culture and I liked so much. I have no complaints at this day.
