I dont' feel myself as undervalued, but our profiles as MFS support doesn't exist, in change, we are TEST TECHNICIAN category group. Better compensation if you change this to MFS Support and add our skills and abilities. Better if i get compensation in my salary.
I recently added to IBMer group due to a goverment changes in my country but worked as non-IBMer for 1 year before. It's new to me the IBM culture, I started to understand the meaning of IBM culture and I liked so much. I have no complaints at this day.
