The experience has been positive and very inspiring in that there is a quite obviously a mix of both male and female executives at at various levels throughout the company to represent diversity and inclusivity which is very important to me. Keep up the good work.

They are all helpful. There is a a variety of skill levels and everyone is willing to assist by knowledge sharing and coaches to help you grow profesionally.

They are very passionate about growth in the industry but also about the well being of the employees and ensuring they have the tools to achieve their collective and personal goals. They encourage work and life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team. My manager is a cut above the rest. I have never worked with someone that works so hard but yet has time to always train and teach any and everyone on the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
