It has been 5 months now, I really love the company and my immediate manager. I like the flexibility at work and even though the processes of the task may change time to time, it is always manageable to help out the clients and sustain at work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are dedicated to do their tasks

Enthusiasm, the only word I can think of the leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Times where I'm able to assist the clients to solve issues/help them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive about culture? I would just say, everyone's social. Apparently, the environment is still virtual, hence, I can't say much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The scope of job may differ at times where I have to do reports when required though it's not my role/job to do so.
