The feeling of community and knowing that we do things that matter.

Im kind of easy. Consistent paycheck with the ability to enhance my comp based on my and my teams performance

Getting things done. Working out a customer problem and providing a solution.. Seeing that solution make a positive difference

Seems like they've returned to a state where the People of IBM are really the best part of IBM, Makes take care of customers a lot easier

We are a team in every sense of the word and the feeling that they always have my back and that I gladly have theirs makes it easy to enjoy work. EVEN with pandemic restrictions I feel like a part of a community.
