Most of us are new to IBM and therefore have lots of ideas on improving the processes within our team.

For our team leadership, we have the independence to do what is best for the client and the firm. The team culture is to encourage everyone come up with the idea to do more and grow together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing IBM with other competitors : Pay is less - match the industry at-least Number of vacations days/hours are less - makes it at-least 20 days Bonus is minimal - increase the bonus structure Travel perks or less - Increase the per diem, so we can build relationship with clients
