What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are relatable and accessible. As a junior level employee, I still have some interaction with them. They always are personable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid much less than the average of my peers in the industry who also live and work in the same region. As far as I have been informed, raises are based on a time schedule rather than strictly on merit. I would feel better about merit based raises because I know that I will earn them.
