I like my company from a big picture view. Overall, I am okay with my company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and her managers above her.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager, currently. Some people are more positive than others in the group to me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued;however, my rate need to go up just bit more. The cost of living in the state of NY is HIGH. Not much more. Just a bit more.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is very BIG for me. It is the starting point for other things. Last, this last thing is also key for me and that is Listening. If you care to listen to what some one say, that means you care. Communication and Listening is very important for me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Training or the Trainer need to listen to how I learn. Everyone does not train the same as it relate to different things. An Apple it good for you and a Orange is good for you. Some prefer one over the other because of what ever they believe it maybe. I can improve faster if I am listened to.
