In terms of workplace environment, IBM is pretty great. In terms of benefits, IBM is not bad, but could improve. In terms of compensation, IBM needs improvement. In terms of overall (business-related) employee treatment, IBM needs improvement. For example, having employees work 44+ hours every week.

They are pretty patient with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make themselves available to talk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IBM doesn't force employees to take part in diversity and inclusion events and/or training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I was paid closer to the national average salary for my position. A couple thousand below is acceptable, but not tens of thousands. Also, according to my payslip, my salary is based on a 40 hour work week. However, I have been told to work AT LEAST 44 hours a week.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
- I work long hours without any additional compensation. I don't mind working the extra 4+ hours a week, I just want to get compensated for it. - I am doing just about everything except the thing that I was hired for. As such, I don't feel challenged nor invested. Also, my skills are atrophying
