The IBM culture and environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a really good team. we all are working as a friend. sharing knowledge and helping each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good leaders should have strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills. Team leaders can typically grow into managers and eventually senior leadership. and work as team always.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am getting a good salary and got a good package but It has salse plan like 54% and 45% it should be fixed maximum like 80% fix and 20% variable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently, I am working from home so not sure about the IBM GBS office environment. but definitely it would be awesome. currently, I am working from home but don't feel that I am working from home. we are interacting with each other like working at the office.
