I've been here 39 years. It's been an amazing career but as a company it could have done better by it's people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do interesting work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IBM just doesn't pay as well as other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are enthusiastic, helpful and very encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
working from home is probably the best part of my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I retired because I couldnt get out of my old extremely stressful group (due to the leadership) and I returned back to IBM in a new group where I'm extremely happy strictly because of my leadershop team
