Been working with IBM for almost 13 years now. It's a little bit sad we're leaving to start a new journey at Kyndryl, but very exciting at the same time. I'm looking forward to it!

My direct manager is the the best, he's always available, kind and respectful to each and every one in the team!

Coordinating, helping the team and being allowed to take decisions as a group and be able to do that from a leadership perspective
