I am very happy to be at IBM. The people I've met are encouraging and hard working. I also love what I do. I love trying to build a community of developers and hence enhancing the IBM brand. I have been given opportunities to learn and grow.

Positive feedback. And working on tech for good initiatives (Call for Code is very fulfilling)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best past of my compensation package is the sign on bonus , but I do wish it was bigger. It's not comparable with other tech companies.
